Exercise regimine

Did I note how bad of a speller I am? I apologize.

One sidenote;
I recently had hip surgery but I am now able to stationary bike and elliptical, just in case you were wondering why my regimine isn't filled with cardio-- normally I am very active and do lots of sports.

Okay so:
200 crunches 5x a week (I did three hundred two days ago and I am still soo sore!), I read somewhere that this makes your abs noticably more defined in a week!
4 minute wall sit 4x a week
50 crunches on the ball 5x a week
squat to press with 10 lb weights (if you don't know what that is, simply squat while you push your hands with the weights up)
Elliptical for 30 mins 3x a week
Swim for 30 mins 1x a week
Side planks 45 sec each side 3x a week
30 pushups 4x a week
If you have any suggestions for me, comment!

New diet!

It's the day after Boxing Day; so the whole having to eat with family is pretty much done. Thank the fucking lord. Yesterday we had our annual boxing day party and I had to eat with a bunch of people and I ate soo much cheese. Fuck my life. But today I am going to make up for it by starting my new diet.
My new diet:
Breakfast- 1 broiled grapefruit
Lunch- a hard boiled egg
Dinner- salad (no cheese!!)
Desserts- who do you think I am?

For snacking I can eat celery, red peppers, carrots, and other low cal veggies. (they are so good for you because they are filled with water)
Also I will be drinking enormous amounts of water and tea.
Tea is hot so it fills you up more but ice water increases your metabolism because you have to get your body to raise it up to your body temp.
Also, chewing minty gum helps throughout the day because it keeps your mouth occupied and tricks your stomach into thinking it's eating.

On this diet, hopefully I can lose 5 lbs 8 lbs a week!
I'll keep you updated.
